What room temperature is recommended?

The German Environment Agency recommends 21 to 23 °C in living areas, 23 °C in children's rooms and bathrooms, 18 to 19 °C in the kitchen and 16 to 18 °C in the bedroom. In offices, 21 to 22 °C is considered comfortable. According to the German workplace guideline (ASR), the temperature in work rooms should not exceed 26 °C.
